Nikole brings a strong background in client support, operations, and administrative management to her role on the administrative team at Tandem Advisors. Prior to joining the team, she managed insurance processing, claims, and billing for a small therapy clinic, where she developed a reputation for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Her experience also includes technical troubleshooting and inventory management through her work at a Microsoft Store, further strengthening her problem-solving and customer service skills.
Nikole is passionate about supporting clients and creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, their three children, and their beloved dog and two cats.
