Shauna Sadow is the Operations Manager at Tandem Advisors, bringing over a decade of experience in finance, HR, and office administration to the firm. Prior to joining Tandem, she served as an Operations Manager at an environmental consulting firm and spent eight years as Head of Finance & HR for the U.S. division of a high-performance bicycle bearings and components manufacturer, where she helped drive substantial revenue growth while overseeing full-cycle bookkeeping, multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Her HR experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits administration to offboarding and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Regis University and is known for keeping operations running smoothly through clear communication, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three adult children, hitting the cycling trails, and running 5Ks with friends.
